Doll Show & Sale

Over the last 30+ years, the Now & Then Doll Club of Fredericksburg has sponsored an Annual Doll Show & Sale. For most of those years, Judy has been the Show Chair. The date of the next show will be Saturday, October 8, 2011. The location will be at the Fredericksburg Elks Lodge at 11309 Tidewater Trail, Fredericksburg, VA. If you follow Rt. 2 & 17 out of town heading south, the Elks Lodge is just south of the Fred. Fairgrounds.

The hours of this year's show is from 10 a.m. till 4 p.m. The educational display will be interactive again this year. The theme of the display will be published later. The admission fee is $5.50 per adult, $2.50 for children. Boys and girls in scout uniforms will be admitted free with an adult. Look for the discount coupon in the local newspapers.

If you need more information in requesting a table as a dealer, please email me at dollsbyjudi@yahoo.com. The tables are 8 foot in length. We always have a wonderful selection of dealers in both antique and newer dolls but would welcome you as a dealer.

The show contains dealers who specialize in antique dolls, reproduction dolls and newer dolls from our childhood and current collectible items as well. Some dealers will have old and new clothing for your dolls and all sorts of accessories as well as furniture and toys and games. There will be dealers available to ask questions and learn more about the items you may have collected over the years.
